Common questions
Is Queople free?
Yes. You can browse without an account and join for free to RSVP, save events, join Circles, and follow organizations. Supporter contributions are optional.
I did not receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder and verify the address you entered. If the email still does not arrive, contact hello@queople.com. Do not send us your password.
How do I change my preferences?
Sign in and open Profile. From there you can edit your profile and reopen discovery preferences. These selections do not automatically determine Circle eligibility.
How do I submit an event?
Open the Organizer area after signing in. Submitted events can be reviewed before appearing publicly.
How do I report a listing or behavior?
Use the Report control on an event or organization page, or read the Safety Center for other ways to reach us.
How do I change the weekly digest setting?
The digest switch is in Profile. If you need help with an email you received, contact us.
